Mission
Reach Out is a collaborative project designed to create a safe, inclusive and creative space to bring people together and ultimately challenge stigma associated with speaking about mental health. We want to invite people to tell their stories and open up a wider discussion around mental health, the importance of sharing those experiences, and promote the services available across Scotland, providing help and support.
